Job Title         : PMO – Operation Excellence Specialist
Report to       : Operation Excellence Manager
Location        : Jakarta
 
Position Summary
Operation Excellence Specialist is spearheading corporate transformation by managing, monitoring, and controlling portfolio of Business Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The position will act as the anchor of Project Governance Office, ensuring every strategic project aligns perfectly with the scope, timeline, quality benchmarks, and budgetary targets while maintaining impeccable documentation and risk management standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Support in orchestrating Operation Excellence project portfolio by developing comprehensive project charters, risk registers, and timelines, while driving accountability through rigorous weekly and monthly progress reviews and direct executive reporting.
- Support in mapping business processes to eliminate wastes and bottlenecks, design high-efficiency "To-Be" workflows, while simultaneously governing the creation, distribution, and strict document control of all corporate SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
- Support in fostering a culture of excellence by leading high-impact Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects, conducting thorough root cause analyses to implement sustainable corrective actions, and actively supporting the digital evolution of business process
- Support to safeguarding corporate standards, building and managing dynamic performance dashboards to track project KPIs, SLAs, and lead times, while ensuring adherence to corporate governance, audit readiness, and rigorous risk mitigation protocols
- Gathering cross-departmental data, coordinating high-level cross-functional meetings, and follow up on delayed action plans
- Enforcing documentation standards, proposing high-priority improvement projects, and escalating critical bottlenecks directly to project sponsors and top management
 
Key Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Information System, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or PMO environments
- High proficiency in Business Process Mapping (BPMN, Flowcharts, SIPOC) and Microsoft Visio
- Strong command over Lean Management, $PDCA$, Root Cause Analysis, Project Management, and Risk Management
- Strong leadership capability, analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, negotiation, and a detail-oriented approach to continuous learning
- Demonstrated experience in coordination with multiple subsidiaries or business units
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen would be preferred
